Cancellation Policy
An appointment must be cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled date and time.
Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the total cost of any service(s) booked.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before are subject to a 75% charge.
Failure to show up to your scheduled appointment will result in a 100% service total charge to the card kept on file.
